How Zen Advisory Group handles information submitted through this website, including the AI CV Diagnostic.
Last updated: 5 August 2026
Information you submit
When you use a consultation, career-support or AI CV Diagnostic form, Zen Advisory Group may receive the information you enter, including your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, target role, message and any CV file you choose to submit.
AI CV Diagnostic
The diagnostic extracts text from the submitted CV to produce a report. When the secure AI service is available, the extracted text may be processed by Zen’s configured AI provider. If that service is unavailable or its usage limit is reached, the website automatically uses a structured browser-based assessment. Zen may receive the contact details and CV submitted through the diagnostic form so that it can provide requested follow-up and relevant career support.
How the information may be used
- To deliver the diagnostic, respond to enquiries and provide requested services.
- To contact you about relevant CV, LinkedIn, interview or career-support services where you have consented.
- To protect the website, prevent abuse and improve service quality using aggregated usage information.
- To maintain appropriate operational, contractual and legal records.
Service providers
Zen may use website-hosting, form-processing, analytics and AI service providers to operate this website. These providers process information only as needed to supply those services and according to their applicable terms and privacy safeguards.
Retention and security
Zen aims to keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, business-record requirements and applicable law. Reasonable organisational and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask Zen to access, correct or delete personal information it holds about you, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. You may also ask Zen to stop sending optional follow-up communication.
